Our apartment is located in the picturesque village of Uderns in the heart of the Zillertal, Tyrol. It is centrally located, with easy access to the surrounding ski areas, hiking trails and leisure facilities.
Our apartment offers space for up to 4 people. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.
The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, including a hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster, tea maker and a capsule coffee machine. There is free WiFi, a satellite TV in both bedrooms and a Smart TV in the living room. Bed linen, towels and toilet paper are also provided. There is also a ski room with ski boot dryer. The apartment also has a bathroom and a separate WC. There is also a vacuum cleaner in the apartment and a small washing line on the balcony. There is a hairdryer and towel dryer in the bathroom.
Yes, we offer free parking directly at the apartment.
Yes, children are very welcome here! We offer a high chair and a diaper pail on request. Baby cribs are not available.
Pets are not allowed in our apartment. We ask for your understanding.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known Hochzillertal and Spieljoch ski areas. You can reach the ski lifts by car in approx. 5 minutes. There is also a bus stop for the ski bus near the apartment in winter.
Yes, in the village of Uderns there are supermarkets, bakeries and other stores for your daily needs just a few minutes’ walk from the vacation apartment. Another special feature of our vacation apartment is the farm store on our own farm next door. In the farm store you can buy fresh food such as eggs, pasta, yogurt, meat, sausage, cheese and honey.
The Zillertal offers numerous leisure activities, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling, golfing and swimming. The Fügen thermal spa and the Zillertal golf course are just a few minutes away.
Check-in is possible from 14:00, check-out should take place by 10:00. On request, we also offer contactless check-in via key safe. At check-in, our guests are personally welcomed by us and guided through the apartment
In summer and in the winter low season a cancellation up to 7 days before arrival is free of charge. In the winter high season, 40% of the total price will be charged if canceled 90 days before arrival. If canceled 30 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged and if canceled 7 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.

We accept cash payment and bank transfer.
Yes, during New Year’s Eve week, Carnival week and Easter week the minimum stay is 7 nights. Otherwise shorter stays are also possible.
Yes, smoking is not permitted in the entire apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.
Yes, we offer discounts for our regular guests and for longer stays of 2 weeks or more. Visit our website or contact us directly.
The apartment is easy to reach by car, train or bus. Uderns train station is just a few minutes’ walk away.
Yes, there is a one-off cleaning fee of € 100.00. This is included in the total price and is listed at the time of booking.
